Courses and qualifications All of our courses in the subject areas below are from recognised UK awarding organisations that are moderated by Ofqual, in addition all Access to HE Diplomas are QAA recognised at level 3.
How long do you have to complete a learndirect course?
We advise that most of our courses can realistically be completed in around 6-12 months. You can start at any time, no matter at which stage of your life and career you are. We understand that life sometimes gets in the way, so we impose no time limits on you to complete your course.
Are Stonebridge and learndirect the same?
In June 2018 DTS (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Stonebridge Group) acquired learndirect from Lloyds Development Capital.
Is learndirect Recognised 2020?
Training company Learndirect has been branded by Ofsted as “inadequate” – the worst rating the watchdog can give. Inspectors found not enough learners achieved the skills and qualifications to progress in work and education.
Can you get a refund from learndirect?
In line with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have a 14 day right to change your mind and get a full refund for digital content, i.e. Online courses, that you have purchased, unless you have already started to download it.
How many hours is OK to study a day?
Study Every Day: Establish a daily routine where you study in one place a minimum of 4 -5 hours each day.
Can I cancel my learndirect course?
In line with our Terms and Conditions, we offer a strict 14 day cancellation period inclusive of the date of enrolment.
How do I cancel my course at Stonebridge?
To cancel your course you must contact the customer service team 0121 794 8380 within office hours 9am-5pm Monday – Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday. Please note cancellations cannot be accepted via email or postal format.
