How do I get my NursingCAS transcript request?
After you enter the schools you attended previously, you will see a blue button that will allow you to download a Transcript Request form. You can then send that form to each school you attended in the past. They will then send an official transcript to NursingCAS.
How long does it take NursingCAS to receive transcripts?
Verification can take up to four weeks during the busiest times of the year. Additionally, unforeseen circumstances can interfere, contributing to processing delays. This is why you should request your transcripts as early as you can – at least 5 to 6 weeks before the application deadline.

If significant mistakes are found in your application during the verification process, your application will be “undelivered,” or returned to you for corrections. When an application is undelivered, you receive a notification detailing the corrections that must be made before we can continue processing it.

The AAMC ID should be visible in the main menu and the Transcript ID is visible in the Schools Attended Summary. The ID’s are also located on the AMCAS transcript form.
How do I upload my transcript to an application?
If the transcript is issued to you in a sealed envelope, it is acceptable for you to open it for the purpose of uploading. Make one PDF for each institution listed on the upload site, even if it includes multiple pages, translations, a legend, degree certificate, or diploma. Please keep your transcript pages in order.

Verified application means an affidavit signed by the applicant attesting to the truthfulness and completeness of the application and includes an oath that applicant will conform to ethical professional standards and obey the laws and rules of the Board.
