It’s pigmented, so you don’t have to go over a place twice like you would with most liners. I love the tip, it’s super easy to do your wing. I swear by this eyeliner, if you’re debating buying it, do it!! Also, it doesn’t claim to be waterproof, but i’ve worn this in the rain and it didn’t even smudge!
