How do I ship PosLaju?
Upon drop-off:
- You can drop your item off at any Pos Malaysia or PosLaju branch to process your shipment. The service is not available at MBE.
- Drop your item over the counter to PosLaju staff.
- Fill the PL9 form.
- Tracking status will be updated in your Carousell app within 3 hours after drop-off.
How can I buy Flexiprepaid?
There are different ways in which you can get Flexiprepaid service.
- You can purchase Flexiprepaid envelopes, that comes in sizes S, M, and L, at any post office.
- You can use your own packaging and purchase Flexiprepaid sticker label at any post office.
- You can print your own label through Delyva.com.
Do post offices give boxes?
You can purchase boxes and tubes of various sizes at most Post Offices. Select Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail boxes are available free at the Post Office for items sent using either of these services.
