Why is slark so strong?
General Gameplay. Slark’s Essence Shift is the main reason this hero is strong. You can easily win a team fight with a few Essence shift stacks, but without stacks, you are weak. Hitting the enemy occasionally to build up stacks and then initiating the fight is the proper strategy.
Can slark be a support?
Unlike other supports slark can easily maneuver around the map with shadow dance and pounce without fear feeding the enemy. Carry slark hunts alone. Support slark rally his teammates to smoke together to search and destroy enemy carries, shares the bounty to topple enemy advantages and destroy structures together.
Can Force Staff cancel TP?
Basically, it is not the push, but the act of casting Force Staff which cancels channeling. This means that if your teammate is TPing and is about to get killed mid-TP, you can use Force Staff on him/her.
How do you break a Slark leash?
If you manage to move your hero outside the edge of the Pounce leash, it’ll break. That means weird things that provide collision, like planting an Iron Branch or getting shoved by an Earthshaker Fissure or Tusk Ice Shards will break the leash.
